PUR: Pick up Request****

Pick up Coordinator (PUC) - Looking after a region or set of localities, looking after all the fe’s in that locality.

Pick up Boy (PUB) - Field Executive.

Pick up performance: PUR/Actual PUR completed.

Processing USL: The percentage of shipments which are scanned within 6 hours of PUR being generated is my Processing USL.

Pickup End to End - Process

• Pickup process is the first set of physical processes for any particular shipment.
• The pickup journey includes order manifestation to pickup to its origin facility.
• Generating pickup requests with respect to a PC.
• Pickup happened on time.
• Pickup Requests - PUR.
• First mile dispatch - Picking shipment from the client warehouse.
• Dispatch ID contains information regarding what fe’s are assigned, which client warehouses to visit, what should be the size of the vehicle.
• In the field, the vehicle goes empty, PUR is automatic or created by the PC operator.
• Manifestation - Air waybill number is generated. Manifestation creates an automatic PUR, before 2 PM same day pickup and after 2 PM next day.
• PURs are either Auto triggered - RTS Flow. or
