Our streamlined car selling process begins when you land on our sell home page. By providing your car details, we generate an estimated price. If you agree with the price, you have the option to book a car inspection. A Spinny inspector will visit your location at a time that suits you best, conducting a comprehensive inspection that typically takes 45 minutes to an hour. Based on this inspection, we offer you a final price for your car.

However, we recognized that the capacity of our car inspection team is a crucial factor affecting our growth. Scaling this team of trained inspectors to meet our growth targets has been a challenge. Sometimes, the non-availability of inspectors or delayed inspections has led to subpar customer experiences, and we were dedicated to addressing this issue.

To optimize our inspection process, we wanted to pilot a concept for online-inspection among a specific group of cars. This will allow customers to receive an exact price quote through either of two options: scheduling an inspection as before or providing additional car details to get an online quote.

By using a car conditioning questionnaire, we can establish a fully digital system for purchasing cars, which requires very little offline involvement.
